We successfully optimized the product import system by conducting a detailed analysis of all product attributes, identifying and removing unnecessary ones, and restructuring attribute mappings to ensure consistency across all platforms. As part of this project at First Austria, we developed category-specific imports instead of relying on a single, bloated structure. This approach significantly simplified product setup and updates for multiple marketplaces, including eMAG, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, OTTO Market, and Amazon. As a result, product data is now cleaner, more reliable, and easier to maintain, while the listing process has been considerably accelerated and made more efficient. This enables smoother expansion and management of product catalogs across various sales channels.
