Detailed view of reference project
In this project detail view for lafamigliapizzeria.no, we developed an atmospheric, image-driven website for the Pizzeria & Vino “La Famiglia” in Oslo – an authentically Italian restaurant that bakes its pizzas in a wood-fired oven imported from Naples, using ingredients sourced directly from Italy. The website is aimed at guests in Oslo looking for a real Italian dining experience, as well as customers who want to order in. Instead of building an elaborate ordering system of its own, the site guides visitors straight to the actions that matter for a restaurant: view the menu, order through the established delivery platforms Foodora and Wolt, book a table or get in touch directly. A generous photo gallery, guest reviews and a clear location and contact section turn the website into a digital extension of the restaurant.

Our services
Lafamigliapizzeria.no is a WordPress website built with Elementor, enabling the owners to update content, images and menus themselves without technical support. The design is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use – the dominant device when searching for restaurants – with WebP image delivery and font optimization to keep loading times short despite the image-heavy layout.
The website puts the ordering path front and center: a permanently visible “Order now” button opens the direct choice between Foodora and Wolt, while the complete bilingual menu (Norwegian and English) is available for download as a PDF that the restaurant can replace at any time. Reservations and inquiries run through a spam-protected contact form as well as direct email and click-to-call links.
This is rounded out by an integrated Google Reviews feed as social proof, links to the restaurant’s Facebook and Instagram profiles, and a Google Maps integration for the location at Vulkan in Oslo. The website uses SSL encryption, GDPR-compliant consent management for cookies and third-party integrations, a Norwegian privacy policy, and follows SEO best practices with a focus on local search terms around authentic Italian pizza in Oslo.
