Detailed view of reference project
In this project detail view for innovationcircle.at, we developed a bold, personality-driven web presence for Innovation Circle – a Salzburg-based training company offering hybrid employee and leadership training for teams in retail and services. Founded by Angela Sailer and Martin Stampler, the company deliberately positions itself against the conventional seminar market: plain talk, humor and measurable results instead of PowerPoint marathons. The website had to carry that tone rather than soften it. The target audience are retail and service companies whose teams need to combine empathy with genuine sales and service skills. A strong founders’ section, a clearly explained hybrid method and a circular overview of all training formats give decision-makers a quick and confident picture of what working together looks like – with a low-threshold path to a first conversation.

Our services
Innovationcircle.at is a WordPress website built with Elementor, allowing the founders to update content, blog posts and training formats on their own. The design is fully responsive across all devices, works with a distinctive dark-and-blue brand look, and uses locally hosted fonts and optimized image delivery for fast loading times and GDPR compliance.
The content is structured along the way decision-makers actually evaluate a training partner: who is behind it, how does the method work, and what results does it deliver? The founder profiles, the concept page and the “Vlog” section give the brand voice room to breathe, while a custom-designed circular graphic visualizes the full range of formats – from webinars and digital training to field coaching and silent shopping, through to challenges and live sessions.
Getting in touch runs through a contact pop-up and a dedicated contact page with the direct email addresses of both founders, complemented by links to the company’s Facebook, YouTube and Instagram channels. The website uses SSL encryption, GDPR-compliant consent management for cookies and third-party integrations, and a complete set of legal texts (imprint, privacy policy, terms and conditions), and follows SEO best practices with a focus on search terms around hybrid corporate training in Austria.
